 NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
November 4, 2005

 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, until 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2005 and then opened and read publicly at that time by the Purchasing Staff for the following project:
RFP #319-06-05-2-3 - Debris Monitoring and Supervision

RFP number must appear on the outside of the envelope in which your proposal is submitted. Proposals without these identification numbers will be subject to disqualification and non-consideration.

Contractor shall procure and maintain, for the duration of the contract, insurance coverages acceptable to the Parish insuring against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property that may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Contractor, his agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The cost of all such required insurance shall be included in the Contractor’s proposal. Please carefully review the insurance requirements as set forth in the specifications prior to proposal submission.
