ADJUDICATION HEARING SCHEDULE SET

            Parish Code Enforcement Officials have cancelled the Dec. 21, 2005, adjudication hearing and have issued the hearing schedule for 2006.

            Those who are issued summonses for violation of parish ordinances and codes may be required to attend one of these hearings in lieu of being adjudicated in state court. The officer issuing the summons informs the alleged violator, and the information is also on the citation.

            All hearings are in the Parish Council Chambers at 21490 Koop Dr., Mandeville, and all begin at 9 a.m. Adjudication hearings for code violations will be held on the following dates:  Jan. 18; Feb. 15; March 15; April 19; May 17; June 27; July 19; Aug. 16; Sept. 20; Oct. 18; Nov. 15; Dec. 20.
