ST. TAMMANY ART ASSOCIATION PRESENTS STARRY STARRY NIGHT. 320 N. Columbia St., Covington. December 31, 8pm. Fifty local artists will decorate or paint nine inch, three dimensional papier mache stars. The stars will then be sold by silent auction to the highest bidders. A limited number of tickets are available. Tickets $50. Call 892-8650.

AUDITIONS…

PLAYMAKERS THEATRE is holding Auditions for The Foreigner, a comedy by Larry Shue, directed by Kay Files, will be held at Playmakers Theater on Jan. 23 and 24 at 7:30. Rehearsals will begin the following week. The play opens March 10, and runs for 3 weekends. Needed are 2 women (ages 25-50) and 7 men (ages 17-60).
