Free Flu Shots

 
            The Louisiana Office of Public Health will give free flu shots for all ages on Thursday, December 22^nd.   The Office of Public Health will be operating from the Parish Mobile Community Information Center that will be parked at the I-59 FEMA trailer park in Pearl River from 9:00 AM until Noon. 

            Egan Health Care will also be in the Mobile Community Information Center providing free Home Health Care Assessments for residents to need assistance.

The Center is equipped with telephone and internet capability through satellite and cellular services, allowing for instant access to government information, e-mail and geographic mapping systems.

            The LA Department of Health and Hospitals and the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Community Wellness Center St. also offer the following immunizations for a single $10 fee:

Td - Adult Tetanus
DT&P - Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis
IPV - Polio to age 18
MMR - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
Hip B - Hepatitis to age 18
