CITY OF MANDEVILLE: FEBRUARY ARTIST OF THE MONTH. Mandeville City Hall. 3101 E. Causeway Approach, Mandeville. The Louisiana Percent for Art Program seeks an artist or artist team to create a site-specific “Gateway Sculpture” for the downtown Baton Rouge Market Square located at the Galvez Parking Garage.
