FEMA Trailer Assistance
St. Tammany Parish Only

             Fluor, the FEMA contractor responsible for installing trailers in St. Tammany Parish, can be contacted at 985-898-5211 to answer citizen questions about FEMA trailers in St. Tammany Parish only.  This phone will be manned Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. 

            If the phone number is busy, please try again.  A large call volume is anticipated, particularly in the first few weeks of this service.   Please be patient.  This is the only phone number that will reach the Fluor representative. 

            Fluor has provided this service at the request of St. Tammany Parish government.  The parish administration is providing the phone line and desk to provide a direct contact between Fluor and the citizens needing their aid.   

            “It has been frustrating to citizens to call parish offices looking for help with FEMA trailer questions and not being able to get answers,” said Parish President Kevin Davis.  “It has been frustrating for parish employees to continually answer calls about FEMA trailers when we have no access to the information necessary to help.  The lack of information created a depressing situation for citizens in need and for the parish employees who want to help them.  It is our hope that having a representative of the contractor available to the public will ease this situation.”
