Progress Report – Canal Cleaning
St. Tammany Parish is cleaning sixteen canal and bayou areas across southern St. Tammany Parish with assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Work is underway in the Highway 11 canal, the Eden Isles canals, Grand Lagoon, Lakeshore Community Levee, Carr Drive/Northshore Beach and Oak Harbor.
As of June 21, CDM, the company managing the waterway clean up process for St. Tammany Parish, reported the following progress:
