NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING 

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Finance Authority of St. Tammany Parish has been ordered and called and will be held at the Parish Government Complex, 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471 on Monday, October 30, 2006, at five (5:00) o'clock p.m., for the following purposes, to-wit: 

            1.         To conduct a public hearing concerning the Authority’s proposed Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program and the issuance of not exceeding $125,000,000 of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds to finance same, pursuant to La. R.S. 9:2341 - 2347 and applicable Federal Law. 

            2.          To consider and take action with respect to adopting a resolution making certain findings with respect to and authorizing the issuance of Finance Authority of St. Tammany Parish Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $125,000,000; approving the filing of an application with the Louisiana State Bond Commission requesting that the Commission approve the issuance of the first emission thereof in a principal amount not exceeding $50,000,000 (the “Series 2006 Bonds”) and other matters in connection therewith. 

            3.         To consider and take action with respect to selecting a Bond Trustee, Administrator and Master Servicer with respect to the Program. 

4.         To consider and transact any and all other business which may be properly brought before the Board of Trustees of the Finance Authority of St. Tammany Parish.
