NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the

Finance Authority of St. Tammany Parish has been ordered and called and will be held at the Parish

Government Complex, 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471 on Monday, December 4, 2006,

at five (5:00) o'clock p.m., for the following purposes, to-wit:

To consider and transact any and all business which may be properly

brought before the Board of Trustees of the Finance Authority of St.

Tammany Parish.

This will be an important meeting and all interested parties are urged to attend.
